Welcome to Dryer Repair Pensacola. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and explain the terms that may apply when you request information or dryer-related services through the website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Services
Dryer Repair Pensacola provides information about dryer-related services in Pensacola, Florida, including dryer repair and other related service options. Information available on the website may help visitors understand common dryer problems and available service options. The actual work required for a particular appliance depends on its condition, diagnosis, parts, and other circumstances. A request submitted through the website does not by itself guarantee that a particular service will be performed or that a specific result will be achieved. If services are provided by an independent service provider, the provider may establish separate terms for the work, including pricing, scheduling, payment, and other service conditions.
Payment Terms
Payment is due once the agreed service has been completed, unless a different arrangement has been confirmed in writing before the appointment. Customers may pay by cash or major credit and debit cards. Approved commercial or property management customers may be offered invoice terms, including net-15 billing, when such an arrangement has been authorized. Any price provided before the work begins is based on the repair issue and service scope known at that time. If another problem is found during the appointment or the required work changes substantially, the customer will be informed before additional chargeable work is performed. No additional repair should be carried out without the customer’s approval.
Repair Warranty
Repair services and replacement parts are covered by a 90-day limited warranty when they are part of an eligible repair performed by our technicians. The warranty applies to the specific problem addressed during the original repair. It does not mean that every part of the dryer is covered for 90 days or that unrelated problems will qualify for warranty service. Warranty coverage does not apply where a separate component fails independently, another person works on or modifies the appliance after the original repair, or the problem results from circumstances such as a power surge, flooding, fire, misuse, or improper installation by another party. If a known underlying issue was identified during the original visit and the recommended corrective work was declined, a later problem resulting from that unresolved condition is not covered. Customers requesting warranty service must contact us during the 90-day coverage period. After reviewing the reported issue, a return visit may be arranged when the problem falls within the applicable warranty.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers who need to cancel or move an appointment should provide at least four hours’ notice. A cancellation made with less notice may result in a charge equal to the applicable service-call fee. For same-day emergency appointments, if the technician has already left for the property, the full service-call charge may apply even when the appointment is later cancelled. An appointment may also need to be moved because of severe weather, an earlier service taking longer than expected, technician illness, or another situation affecting safe scheduling. When this happens, reasonable notice will be provided whenever possible, and the appointment will be rescheduled based on the earliest suitable availability, generally within 24–48 hours when scheduling allows.
Access to the Property
For an on-site service appointment, the customer may need to provide the service provider with reasonable access to the appliance and the area required to inspect or perform the requested work. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the service area can be accessed safely. If access to the appliance is blocked or the working area is considered unsafe, the service provider may determine that the appointment cannot proceed until the issue is addressed. Customers should also inform the service provider about any relevant access restrictions or conditions before the appointment.
Responsibility and Liability
We take reasonable care in providing our services and maintaining the information available on this website. However, no website or service can eliminate every possible risk or guarantee a particular outcome. To the extent allowed by Florida law, any liability arising from a service will be limited to the amount actually paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, loss of use, or special or incidental damages except where such responsibility cannot legally be excluded. We are also not responsible for problems caused by factors outside the service performed, including power surges, flooding, fire, misuse, unauthorized changes, later tampering, or an appliance or component that has reached the end of its useful life.
Resolving Disputes
If a disagreement arises regarding a service, payment, warranty, or another matter connected with these terms, both sides should first try to resolve the issue through direct communication. This gives the customer and service provider an opportunity to review the situation and reach a practical resolution without formal proceedings. If the matter cannot be resolved through communication, the dispute will be handled through binding arbitration in Escambia County, Florida, under the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association. Either party may still seek appropriate injunctive or equitable relief through a court with jurisdiction in Escambia County when permitted. Any claim related to the service or these terms must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to the claim.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Florida law will apply when interpreting these Terms, without applying conflict-of-law principles that would require the laws of another state or jurisdiction. Any legal proceeding or dispute will remain subject to the dispute-resolution requirements described in these Terms and to any mandatory requirements imposed by applicable law.
